a. The cleaning process:

Pyramid Painting always applies a TSP/bleach solution and then power washes the building before starting the prep. It is important to eliminate any mold and mildew before applying any primer or paint.

b. The prep process:

Pyramid Painting offers different levels of prep and prices the job accordingly. We can scrape and prime and paint for a very reasonable price. Or, for a moderate sum, more we can add sanding to the job. Our top-end jobs include full removal of all current old paint on the surface with paint shavers, sanders and burners.

c. The number of coats of paint:

Very simply, a two coated paint job will last significantly longer than a one coat job.

d. The quality of paint used on the job:

Top end paints like C2, Benjamin Moore and California Paint will last a lot longer than a Lowes or Home Depot Brand.
